Yeah...we got to go visit Keegan and his brother/sister for the first time!!! We also brought my Dad. The chicks were in an incubator to keep warm, but when we got there it was feeding time so they could come out to play.
They were sooooooo tiny and warm and funny looking! Big heads that they could barely hold up...I was a little afraid to hold them and thought my hands might be too cold. In these pics they are 2 weeks old! There are only 2 little chicks.
We got to visit Keegan today!!! He is getting sooooooo big! He is now about 6 weeks old. I also get to play with a little Half Moon Conure named Norman that I just love!!!!
YEAH!!! We got to bring Keegan home with us! He is getting to be a big boy now and almost looks like an adult parrot. He makes a cute bleating sound like a lamb.

Here is our newest pet Keegan! He is a Hahns Macaw. They are also called "Mini Macaws" since they are a lot like the big ones in personality. We did a lot of researching before we decided on which parrot to get. We got Keegan from a really nice lady named Kathy Opperman. She is also in Missouri if anyone is looking for a real sweet bird.
